The Venerable Shadow Systems MR920, now with a QD Compensator

The MR920 is designed and engineered with performance and reliability under extreme conditions in mind. Now Shadow Systems is proud to add to the MR920 lineup with the MR920P. This model adds Shadow Systems' unique proprietary compensator that helps reduce felt recoil by as much as 40% while only adding 1/2-inch to the overall length of the gun. Rather than threading on like most traditional compensators, this one attaches with a patented quick-detach tri-lug system that is integrated into the pistol's muzzle. Enhanced ergonomics and custom features such as the aggressive texture on the frame, the undercut trigger guard, extended beaver tail, recoil control ledge work together to increase control of the pistol and mitigate recoil. A Picatinny accessory rail lets you mount lights or lasers as well. Directional serrations on the front, rear and top of the slide provide excellent gripping surfaces when racking the slide, doing a chamber check, or clearing a malfunction. The slide is machined from 17-4 stainless steel which has superior corrosion resistance, it features Shadow Systems patented Multi-Footprint Optic Cut, and the slide even utilizes weight optimizing window cuts. Additionally, the MR920P will fit into most holsters designed for the Glock 17, meaning you may already have compatible holsters sitting in your closet! Improving the MR920 should have been a tall task, but the engineers at Shadow Systems made it possible with the MR920P series.
