Ruger LCP II Features

Compact and lightweight, the Ruger LCP II features a small frame and durable construction, making it a great option for concealed carry. The LCP II features Ruger's trademarked Lite Rack™ system which includes refined slide serrations, pronounced cocking ears, and a lighter recoil spring -- allowing for easy slide manipulation.

The Ruger LCP II .22LR semi-automatic pistol features a hardened steel slide and a one-piece, high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame that allows it to remain tough despite normal wear and tear. The LCP 2's textured grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip, with the increased surface area providing better distribution of recoil forces. Designed to easily be drawn, the LCP II has fixed front and rear sights that are integral to the slide helping to reduce snags upon retrieval. 

The LCP II also puts safety first, with Ruger's safe, reliable, and proven Secure Action fire-control system that combines a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger. Additional safety features include a neutrally balanced sear with significant engagement, a strong spring tension, and a hammer catch to help prevent the hammer from contacting the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled. There is also a manual safety. 

The Ruger LCP II is similar to the original Ruger LCP 380 but includes some differences that are worth noting. One of these is the weight, with the LCP II boasting a slightly heavier build than the original model, bringing the total unloaded weight up to 11.2 oz which assists in recoil absorption. The new trigger on the Ruger LCP 2 features a striker-fired action, making rapid firing a smoother experience!
